Osimhen non è stato convocato nella trasferta di Bergamo a causa dell’ammonizione rimediata nel finale di partita con l’Udinese. Dopo il dispiacere per l’esclusione dal Mondiale (a causa del gesto folle dei tifosi nigeriani), Victor ha tardato il rientro in Italia.
La Gazzetta dello Sport, infatti, afferma che il giocatore sarebbe dovuto rientrare a Castel Volturno nella giornata di giovedì ma per questioni burocratiche legate al passaporto avrebbe ottenuto dei permessi per restare più tempo in Nigeria.
Il quotidiano rivela anche che la questione non è stata presa in maniera positiva dallo spogliatoio del Napoli, facendo emergere più di qualche disappunto e malcontento, dal momento che Victor non è nuovo a questi avvenimenti.
