Prima di Capodanno infatti, dovrebbe entrare in vigore una norma che prevederà l’obbligo di possedere un tampone negativo per partecipare a grandi eventi, come le partite allo stadio appunto. Ciò varrà anche per i vaccinati, anche se in possesso di Green Pass (che resta un requisito indispensabile).
